The organization promotes livelihood and income security of poor tribal families.

Tribal Development Programme of the organization stands on the tripod of Development and strengthening of Livelihood resource base, Promotion of Livelihood portfolios and Convergence with government schemes and programmes. Furthermore, initiatives within the programmes are backed by systematic analysis of poverty and its causes and informed view on needs, opportunities and priorities of the community.
