Refund and Cancellations Policy

Shri B.A.Yadav Education And Rural Development Foundation Trust Follow and cancel policy based on given conditions:-
1) Which is claiment within 2 hours after online donation we refund full donation paid by online in the case of any donation received by mistake or fraud.
2) We refund payment in 7 working days after confirmation from our billing and payment gateway provider team.
3) We need written confirmation to refund amount within 24 hours of the transaction. In case if donor will not not claim refund or cancel payment then this amount would be utilised for charity and in that case, organization would not be responsible to refund or cancel amount.
4) For cancel or refund you can send us email at ba.yadav@yahoo.com along with payment and donor details. We will reply in 12 hours by email or phone.
