Our Trust aims to adequately skill the unskilled population and facilitates their participation in the economic process. Lack of employability among the youth population is one of the major reasons for lack of development of the marginalized sections of the society. The organization aims to act as a catalyst in capacity building for unemployed youth from economically weaker sections of the society.

We identify unemployed men, women and youth from underprivileged communities and provide them with various skill trainings as per their academic qualifications, aptitude and as per the market demand. We also develop linkages with industrial units and service enterprises for facilitating employment opportunities for them. They are also trained and encouraged to opt for self-employment.

The aim of our livelihoods initiatives is to enable the poor households to sustainably ensure their livelihoods and food security through more efficient, equitable, optimum use of the natural resources, off- farm/non- farm enterprise development and accessing the rights and entitlements entrenched in it.
